our ministry was birthed out of the DESPERATE need of street children to have access to christ-based education. IT'S through evangelism coupled with education that many of these kids will find escape FROM the risks and poverty they face on the
city streets of mexico.

Putting the Gospel Central to Education
At the center of Mexico RED education is a focus to disciple children in the Christian faith and grow them in their knowledge of the Bible. We are also committed to educating children in life skills and academics, teaching them how to navigate the challenges they will face to become productive and skilled young adults. In the end, we believe that successful education requires both mental and spiritual development.
Our Team Approach to Child Education
In addition to our staff teachers, we have many volunteers and teams, some coming with a background in teaching to minister to the children at our Zona Norte community center. With over 6 partner churches and numerous partnering ministries Mexico RED provides a diverse and comprehensive education experience for street children, many of which find themselves stepping into a formal classroom for the first time.
Offering Children an Accredited Program
Our child education program first started by setting up tables and chairs on the street and inviting any child willing to come. Since those early years of our ministry, the Mexican Department of Education has recognized our program offering elementary and secondary diplomas to the children who complete their schooling at our center. This formal recognition is a child's first step in escaping poverty by becoming productive young adults.
